Oh, and a DB10. Whatever...

Kinja'd!!! Kinja'd!!! Kinja'd!!!

It looks like someone took an 1/8” drill bit to the top of the hood. Kind of a cool detail.

Anyway, here are some other cool cars I saw while I was out:

Kinja'd!!!

A newly delivered 675LT. McLaren calls this color: “Green as Fuck.” Probably.

Kinja'd!!! Kinja'd!!! Kinja'd!!!

A 599 GTO chilling in the downstairs storage room.

Kinja'd!!!

A 488 GTB as seen through a dirty window! Bonus: a winking F355 Berlinetta!

Kinja'd!!!

The McLaren dealer had this 570S out for test drives.

Kinja'd!!! Kinja'd!!! Kinja'd!!!

The rear window on the F12 seems too long to me. Like a kangaroo.

Kinja'd!!!

And a 60th Anniversary Corvette ZR1.

I’ll take the P1 and the Alfa. Thanks.

I’m having a lot of trouble believing that is a slightly brown P1. Not sure if it’s the lighting or the flash from your camera.

Slightly brown is the best way to describe it. Or perhaps an “earth-tone gray.”

Here’s what the dealership posted with a more brown-friendly lighting:

“Brodger Fire Brown/Highland Hare”

Well then, knowing it is indeed brown, I like how subtle it is.

Yeah it has a bronzed quality, subtle is good.

In my opinion, true brown is really tough, if not impossible, to pull off. As “unique” a color as it is, it’s just not flattering. Case in point, a Bentayga painted in what can only be described as brown:

The only two nice browns I can remember seeing were today’s P1, and this Aston Lagonda which is more of a brown-hued black than a true brown.

It’s subtle, but it is brown. Brodger Fire Brown to be specific. It only really shines through under very bright light.

Tough, but varies on the car.

Here’s an E60 M5 pulling it off.
